”A year ago, I took part in the Leadership Reset Rewild in Scotland. It has been an experience that stays with me every single day. Navigating the Scottish landscape, I encountered both limitations and opportunities, which helped me understand my strengths and how to tackle challenges.
Coaching sessions provided timely guidance, nudging me in the direction when I needed it most. Sometimes it was hard work – but therein lies the beauty: I was and still am genuinely proud of what I achieved, and the hard work reminded me again of who I am at the core.
There was professional guidance from experienced guides, enabling me to trust that I was in good hands. The journey provided me with insights that I can still tap into daily. Now, when I face challenges, whether in my personal life or at work, I mentally transport myself back to the Scottish landscape and contemplate how I would address that issue within that terrain.”

”The leadership reset in Scotland was a refreshing escape from the daily grind, surrounded by a warm and professional team! We were literally moving forward in a beautiful natural landscape while also taking the time to stand still. There was space for meaningful conversations—whether private or in groups—on sometimes difficult and emotional topics, allowing us to discover inner blocks and emotions while maintaining discretion. There were moments when we simply walked, allowing our thoughts to wander, embracing the joy of not thinking about anything at all! How wonderful that is!
My life lessons from this experience are:
- It is possible to change patterns and routines; options are available.
- Above all, stay connected to your feelings and yourself, while also considering your impact on others.
- Remember, there is only one person like you; you are unique, just as you are!”

”The trip provided me with the opportunity to contemplate and discuss significant questions in my life, extending beyond my professional responsibilities. This was complemented by the pleasure of stunning surroundings and physical activity – a perfect blend. The experience has strengthened my confidence to chart my own course and enabled me to make decisive choices across various facets of my life. Moreover, it has enhanced my leadership abilities at work by fostering greater harmony within myself. I look forward to participating again!”

”In September 2024, I participated in a Leadership Reset in Sarek, Sweden, accompanied by three seasoned coaches and guides. This seven-day journey marked the end of my executive coaching. While I initially regarded the trip as a pleasant and enjoyable way to conclude my learning journey, I found it to be an exceptionally valuable addition. The impact of the location, the discussions, and the physical challenges prompted deep reflection on my personal growth and leadership style. This introspection has afforded me invaluable insights and practical tools applicable to both my professional and personal life.”

”Nature has a way to impact us beyond logic, and this trip connected me to my authentic self in a way I didn’t expect. It brought a new meaning to the words ‘awe’ and ‘wonder’. The people I met, all but one I didn’t know before the trip, helped me find answers from within and that’s why this trip was so special. Four days “off grid” was truly good for me, and I’m going to take these learnings with me. 6 months on and the insights I gained from this trip proved to be a catalyst for meaningful change in my career and personal life.”
