Wild Reset
Wilderness guides and coaches take you on an exploration to (re)discover your natural self. Away from our safe predictable environment we create a setting to let go of the delusion of the day. A delusion in which we sometimes forget that we are a creature of nature. We use the simplicity of the outdoors and the workings of nature as a driving force for reset. Back to basics. Your foundation. This allows a stuffed head to give way to a fresh open mind so that your creativity starts flowing again.
The Inner Trail
Is a trip through nature and through yourself. We will guide you through a wilderness experience with different physical and mental aspects. Each day will be filled with new insights: through the effect of nature, through challenging questions, through inner reflection and our ongoing conversations. Not your usual work week or day at the office.
Travel Rewild Style
We combine coaching, conversation, reflection and stillness with the action, unpredictability and challenges of a wilderness trek. Off the radar, walking perhaps days from civilization in the middle of the raw wilderness creates a sense of oneness with the nature around you. The serenity and simplicity provides the ultimate setting to disconnect from the everyday. A world where you come to yourself, gain energy that keeps you fresh and balanced.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have questions about our trips, practicalities or our story? In these frequently asked questions, you’ll find the answers quickly and easily.
How physical is an Inner Trail?
Life outside on the road in the wilderness also means getting physical, making an effort for basic things and primary needs. On the road, things are easy, sometimes incasso.
Is this something for me?
The main entry requirements for the Inner Trail are an open mind, basic fitness and a little character. Experience with (wild) camping is not necessary. We will guide you through the landscape and equip you with the skills needed to trek around self-sufficiently and comfortably. So you can focus on the process.
Do I need to have a specific problem or goal to participate?
No. Taking space to reflect or unwind can also be a great reason to participate.
How large are the groups?
We operate small groups of 4 to 6 so that there is personal attention.
Where do we sleep?
At the beginning and end of the trip in a nice guesthouse or accommodation and along the way in tents.
