The Trip
The sturdy steps and the out-of-office go on. We exchange the work environment for the Belgian Ardennes. Accompanied by both guides and coach, you set off for four days in nature. Not to escape, but to reflect on what can normally be drowned out. Stripped of all normal activities in the serenity of greenery, we embrace the simplicity of the outdoors. A setting and atmosphere that offers space to make visible what can easily get snowed under in daily working life. And thus give opportunity to consider where you stand, to question yourself and see yourself in your role.
Literally and figuratively along the way, because as our steps lead us into the woods, over hills and through rivers, we reflect on steps in professional life. Together we create a safe and clear bed and support each other in asking fundamental questions about leadership, ambition and personal influence. Without models and jargon, but with attention, focus and conversations by the campfire. How clear is your compass right now? And how congruent is your course? What patterns serve you, and which ones cost more than they bring?

Theme and levels
This journey is designed for professionals in a middle-management role, executives in an organization and entrepreneurs who carry responsibility. You bring your full self with you: your history, your beliefs and your automatisms. In this journey, we explore how these carry through into your leadership, your choices and the way you present. This program requires a healthy body, an open mind and sometimes a bit of character, but above all, a willingness to participate. The days are active and can also be experienced as intense, but this program is certainly not a survival trip. Nor is it a spiritual retreat. But a development journey with a focus on professional impact. To return with both feet on the ground with more inner peace, self-understanding and a calibrated sense of direction, course and choices. Before participation, we do an intake with the coach and with the guide.

Not included are your transportation to the starting point and travel insurance.
Logistics
You will arrange your own logistics to the starting point. Be sure to arrive in outdoor clothing, but it is possible to leave gear at our base camp. We will meet at 11:00 am at the gathering point in the Belgian Ardennes
from where we will dive into nature and immerse ourselves in the wild. You will be told the
specific meeting point by us before departure.
Nutrition
Food and drinks for all days are provided and included.
Travel guarantee and booking
The departure of this trip is guaranteed from 6 people. A maximum of 12 people can join the trip. This trip is a package tour and to comply with the legally required guarantee on package tours, Rewild uses the guarantee of VZR Garant. You can find the conditions of this guarantee scheme on the website of VZR Garant.
Insurance
To participate in Rewild trips, you must be insured for activities in mountainous areas off the beaten track. You can inquire about this with your current insurance company or purchase travel insurance from the Dutch Climbing and Mountaineering Association.

After meeting at 11 a.m. on the first day at the starting point, we will immerse ourselves in the green landscapes of the Belgian Ardennes for four days out-of-office. The last day ends around lunch.

How do I book a trip on your website?
For this trip, booking is done through the request form on this page instead of our standard system. Fill in your details and indicate directly in the form if you need a business invoice.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, cancellation is possible according to our terms and conditions: up to 8 weeks before departure you pay only the deposit, after that increasing costs apply up to 100% just before departure.
Do you offer travel insurance?
No, we do not offer travel insurance ourselves. We recommend mountaineering insurance through the NKBV.
Are there any hidden fees or service charges?
No, there are no hidden costs. All unavoidable additional costs are clearly stated in advance in the travel price.
Do you also rent equipment or materials?
Yes, some of the required equipment is available for rent on our trips. We offer these rental options during the booking process. There you can see exactly what gear is available and add it directly to your booking. That way you don’t have to arrange this separately in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with us easily and safely via iDEAL and Bancontact. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer. All payments go through our secure booking system Bookinglayer.
