At Rewild we think it is important that you can travel with peace of mind. Therefore, we are affiliated with VZR Garant, a recognized guarantee scheme that provides protection in case of financial insolvency of travel companies.

What does this mean to you?

The combination of travel services you book through Rewild may be a package tour within the meaning of the Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302. This means that you are entitled to protection under the European Package Travel Regulations.

In order to comply with the legally required guarantee Rewild uses VZR Garant. Should Rewild experience financial insolvency before or during your trip, VZR Garant will ensure that:

✅ You will receive a refund of your paid trip price, or
✅ Your trip will continue as planned, or
✅ If necessary, you will be repatriated (returned home).

How do you know if your trip is covered by the guarantee scheme?

On our website, each travel offer states whether the VZR Guarantee applies.

Our terms and conditions describe the trips to which the warranty applies.

Your booking confirmation and invoice will explicitly state whether the trip is covered by the warranty.
