We take teams and leaders of the future on a wilderness journey. To strengthen cohesion, build robustness and increase resilience. It is our experience that being outside together teaches valuable lessons and creates the team bonding that is essential to generate synergy. For a successful journey, collaboration and communication are essential. In this, team members experience the power of the team: from the importance of their own input to realizing together what can never be done alone. These insights prepare teams for challenges in their own work environment.
Far from the hectic pace of daily work, we offer a balance between exploring boundaries and space for reflection. We act on the unpredictability of nature. This requires adaptive capacity and taking responsibility together. In combination with in-depth coaching, we work on powerful business and (inter)personal insights. These new insights are the starting point for change in dealing with yourself, each other and business goals: the basis for improvement and growth of an organization.

Our approach
Intake
To ensure the added value of a team program, we consult at the outset about the needs. We examine the mission of the company and the team to make the ambitions of the organization leading. Listening, connecting and asking critical questions are core values for us in this. Based on an intake, a customized program is created including clear development goals.
Schedule an intakeWilderness Trip
A program is created based on the set goals and preferences. Collaboration and communication are constant values in our team programs. We believe those values are the pillars of robust and resilient teams. Outdoor-based activities create a balance between deep reflections and exploring boundaries.
Transfer
After returning home from our trip, we host a session to preserve the insights and lessons learned during the trip. In addition, we give people the tools they need to implement their values in their work. With the ambition to make an improvement for both the individual and the organization.
Intake

Team Wild Reset
Rewild’s team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to facilitate a powerful coaching program in the wilderness. This team has coaching experience at the top management level and is familiar with business from previous leadership positions. In addition, our coaches have completed in-depth training programs. Within the team is a multitude of expertise in personal coaching and group dynamics. In addition to their role as coaches, our guides have also completed accredited guide training programs to take people into nature. Physical, mental and social safety are core values during the trips we take. Both during the activities and during the coaching sessions we guide.
