What does team building look like?
We arrange, you hit the road. Based on your needs, we lay out some options for a fully curated wilderness adventure. Together we determine the destination, specifics and activities.
Can coaching or in-depth mentoring be part of the program?
Yes. A wilderness experience can be combined well with coaching, reflection or training to stimulate personal / professional / joint development. We have our own in-house coaches who can fuse these worlds well.
How many people can participate in a team building or team outing?
You name it! From small groups with a personal experience to a large group activity.
What is the process of booking?
We first meet and discuss the needs and wishes, then we come up with a quote and options, including suggested programs and destinations. After agreement and final choice we start working out the details. Of course in consultation.
Who supervises the program and how is safety ensured during the trip?
We work with qualified and trained guides, coaches and professionals who have the right skills to lead such a journey.
