Leadership Wild Reset
Traveling together, but all individually shaped by life and each with their own aspirations, we seek the unpredictability of and the challenges of the outdoors. No comforts, facilities and information. An environment that can be turbulent and uncontrollable. Where you can be put to the test. A decisive setting to train yourself in stamina and directionality. Because, when things are against you, everything goes differently than planned and there are times when you don’t immediately know the way forward, how do you keep yourself in control? So that you can be there as a leader when your environment needs it most.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have questions about our trips, practicalities or our story? In these frequently asked questions, you’ll find the answers quickly and easily.
What does a Leadership Wild Reset program look like in practice?
You reflect on your leadership in an off-grid environment away from routines, comfort and distractions. Without phones and watches, we use the workings and simplicity of nature as a driving force for focus, new insights and personal growth. Walking every day, questioning ourselves, talking and reflecting.
Is this something for me?
This program is designed for (senior) executives interested in further leadership development. Together we are open to reflection, sharing, supporting each other and challenging our egos. Each of us has dreams as well as scars. What connects us is a desire for inspiration, greater self-insight and living fully. Together we take the next step in self-leadership to be a powerful, positive influence in work and at home.
Do I need to be fit to participate?
The main requirements to participate are a healthy body, an open attitude and a bit of character. The days do get intense and physical. We move each day with a full backpack and we run camp together. A day hike can include the necessary miles and elevation gain. Experience with wild camping is not necessary. We will guide and teach you the skills to be able to set off independently and comfortably. So you can focus on the process.
How do I prepare?
Before participating, we do an intake in two parts where we look at your goal and intention and then your equipment and preparation.
